Soybean oil

Soy is a legume of great importance for the nutritional aspect as it provides high quality proteins with a very low intake of saturated fats.

From soybean is obtained crude oil with an exclusively physical method, that is, using only mechanical and thermal energy without the intervention of chemical solvents.

Advantages of soybean oil:

– high content of essential fatty acids such as linoleic acid, which is used to keep the cell membrane fluid and to preserve the elasticity of the arteries..(plastic function and cell dynamics) ;

– high content in phenols, antioxidant substances (they help to protect against the action of free radicals);

– high content of lecithin, phospholipids constituting membranes regulating osmotic pressure;

– high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids such as omega 6 and omega 3 which have beneficial effects on the circulation;

– high content of trace elements, vitamins and isoflavones.
