Soy Dexter Micro

The soybean is broken into 4/8 parts and immediately extruded.

The working conditions of the extruder cause inactivation of the antinutritional factors normally present in native soybeans. During this phase there is a drop in humidity of 6/8 percentage points; later the product is cooled and stored.

No other ingredients or processing aids are added throughout the process.

Finally, the product is micronized.
