Soybean expeller

The soybean is broken into 4/8 parts and immediately pre-cooked by extrusion. During this phase there is a loss of water of 3/6 percentage points and the heat inactivates the antinutritional factors present in soybeans. The still hot product is pressed to remove about 50% of the contained oil. Afterwards the product is cooled and stored. No other ingredients, processing aids or chemical additives shall be added.
