Soy Dexter Soft

The soybean is broken into 4/8 parts and immediately extruded.

The working conditions of the extruder cause inactivation of the antinutritional factors normally present in native soybeans. During this phase there is a decrease in humidity of 6/8 percentage points; then the product is partially de-oiled in order to remove the surface fat that, over time, could give rise to rancidity phenomena, then it is cooled and stored.

After storage the product can be finely ground.

No other ingredients or processing aids are added throughout the process.
